What’s in your household cleaners?

We all check the ingredients in food, cosmetics and personal care products we buy. But how many of us ever check the ingredients in our household cleaners?

Would you be surprised to know that many of the products you store beneath your kitchen sink contain dangerously toxic ingredients? Manufacturers argue that the levels within these products are low and therefore have negligible effect on us. Our concern is the  cumulative effects a lifetime of exposure to these chemicals may have.

While it may not be possible or cost effective  to avoid exposure to toxic chemicals altogether, there are ways to reduce your families exposure to them. Essential oils are a safe and effective alternative and because Nahrin essential oils are very concentrated, a little goes a long way.

Here are some great recipes we have compiled from the essential oil community which will leave your house naturally clean and smelling great without the use of toxic ingredients.
